At TsukiGlass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal glassware. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your glassware in its original protective padding and box to ensure it remains safe and unbroken during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the items for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
